Each customer receives the Product REPLACEMENT / RETURN form with the parcel.
If you decide to return the item, all you need to do is fill out the form that came with the item.

It is recommended to send the products by registered mail in Lithuania Post to avoid loss of the shipment. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

By e-mail email@example.com DPD courier will arrive to pick up the parcel and it will not cost you any money.
If you decide to change the item, you must first inform us

With all labels attached to the item.
Bags, boxes, promotional booklets do not need to be returned.
